A leading manufacture of fire and security glass were having problems manoeuvring trolleys stacked with glass sheet
( 5tonnes) into their curing ovens.

The trolley wheels were damaging the floor surface as well as requiring
three operators to push the trolleys.
The solution was a purpose designed Lifter Transporter that passed beneath
the trolley and then lifted the wheels clear of the floor .This allowed the
trolley to be floated on a cushion of air reducing the manpower to one
and preventing damage to the floor.
